EGIPA Takes Over Examination Reports After Merger of CPO Under Its Umbrella
The Contact Point Organization (CPO) has recently been merged under the umbrella of the Egyptian General Intellectual Property Authority (EGIPA). EGIPA is now the official body responsible for issuing examination reports in intellectual property enforcement cases in Egypt.
This structural change marks an important step toward unifying procedures and improving the quality and efficiency of expert reports used in both civil and criminal IP cases.
